2. Contract

2.1 When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. 2.2 Once we have reviewed your order we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. 2.3 In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us. 2.4 Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods. Whilst goods may be shown assembled they may require assembly. 2.5 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods. 2.6 Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith. 2.7 This contract is covered by English law. 2.8 By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy and the terms of website use.

3. Placing and Order

3.1 You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time. If you prefer to order by telephone you can do so by calling: 0844 801 3600 or emailing: sales@iconoffice.co.uk 3.2 Delivery and installation charges will be shown prior to you placing your order. 3.3 You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering, unless you are looking open a credit account – please contact us for further information. 3.4 We use secure payment facilities, via Sage Pay, for online purchases. You can pay for your order online or over the telephone by Visa, Mastercard or Delta/Connect. 3.5 Promotional prices only apply during the period stated. 3.6 All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds. All prices are subject to VAT. 3.7 Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays. 3.8 Once your order is complete we will notify you of the dispatch date.

4. Delivery

4.1 Goods will normally be delivered within 7-14 working days. 4.2 We can deliver anywhere in mainland Great Britain and Republic of Ireland. Unfortunately we do not deliver to any islands or the Highlands/Islands of Scotland, however we are able to deliver to a mainland courier company on your behalf for onward shipping. 4.3 In accordance with normal transport practices all deliveries will be made to a ground floor entrance only and on the condition that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods. You should tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order. We would recommend our Delivery and Installation service for larger and heavier items. 4.4 We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. You must be at the premises to accept delivery of your order, which is normally between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday-Friday. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended. Delivery times are quoted in good faith, but shall be non-binding. 4.5 Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility with our free delivery service, however we will remove all packaging on our delivery and installation service. 4.6 If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery. 4.7 Please check the goods on delivery - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery. Please note that a signed consignment note constitutes delivery of goods. 4.8 Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.

5. Cancellation and Returns

5.1 This policy does not apply to goods ordered by businesses which are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations and any items which have been modified to your specification or made to order are exempt from the right to cancel. 5.2 Goods will be accepted back for credit only, with the express permission of Icon Office Interiors Ltd. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. Credit will not be given for products received in poor or damaged condition and the buyer shall be responsible for the cost of return carriage. We reserve the right to charge for incomplete returns, orders placed in error or not wanted. 5.3 If you need to cancel your order for any reason, this can be done within 24 hours of placing the order otherwise a cancellation fee may be payable. Please contact us for further information. 5.4 Ordered products cannot be cancelled after they have been despatched from the warehouse and refused deliveries are not eligible for credit. 5.5 The above terms do not affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty or not as described.

6. Faulty Goods / Guarantee

6.1 If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem within 7 working days. It’s helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights. 6.2 All goods are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to the rights that the law says you have as a consumer and accordingly, your statutory rights are not affected. 6.3 If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked. The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility, however on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs. 6.4 Furniture should be cleaned in accordance with our care and maintenance instructions. 6.5 If an item is no longer available we will offer an alternative. However our liability will be to replace the faulty goods only and we are unable to guarantee an exact match. 6.6 Where we replace faulty goods you are responsible for their disposal if they have not previously been returned to us.

7. Liability

7.1 The products sold on this website have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the UK. 7.2 We do not accept liability for any consequential loss of profit or indirect losses. You should therefore not book installation of the goods until you have received them and inspected them.
